As always, our team values transparency, and we believe that our community’s families deserve clear communication regarding the services available to benefit their children. We wholeheartedly understand the frustration regarding waitlist times in our area. We share those frustrations and wish that we could do more, but the simple truth is that we can only see so many patients at one time.

If you have recently requested a referral for speech/occupational or physical therapy at Integrated Therapy Services, please take note of our current waitlists:

Speech 12-14 months

Occupational (outpatient clinic) 9-12 months

Occupational (Hippotherapy) 4-6 months

Physical 1-2 months

These waitlist times are unfortunately comparable to most other providers in the area. As such, we recommend that every family seeking services request that their pediatrician send referrals to multiple facilities within the Columbus area to ensure that your child receives services ASAP.

Additionally, please understand that we do not currently employ office staff, meaning our therapists are tasked with returning all voicemails and emails between seeing patients during the day. Your patience is appreciated as we actively seek additional staff to help combat these wait times.
